We provide R&D outsourcing services to our customers with or without source code access. Source code access may be realized through VPN or by virtual machine. With code access, our team becomes part of our client’s R&D team – with the same (real time) code updating, merging, submission, test suites creation, and testing. In case of a standalone or relatively independent functionality, code access may not be necessary. In this case, our R&D team will work closely with our client’s R&D team to set up remote submission infrastructure, code control & build mechanisms, as well as mechanisms to integrate the new functionality into our client’s core software, creating the test suites, and QA testing the new functionality.

We provide dedicated captive QA and Technical Support teams for our clients. We are capable of providing services to our client’s customers in the Asia-Pacific regions in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. In addition, we provide localization services to our clients.

We share our clients’ concern on security and IP protection. We implement strict protection policies company-wide, and will adopt special security policies upon request. We understand Project Management is the core of our outsourcing services. We have established a systematic approach to project management to ensure reliability, transparency and superior customer experience.
